​Yadav Singh’s daughters, son get bail

ALLAHABAD: The Allahabad prime court on Monday granted intervening time bail to former top Noida engineer Yadav Singh’s son Sunny Singh and daughters Garima Bhushan and Karuna Singh in a case below Prevention of Corruption Act and other sections of IPC. It is claimed that they had floated an organization to make use of the illegal cash earned via Yadav Singh.

The CBI had submitted a rate sheet in opposition to them.


Criminal instances were registered in opposition to the son and each the daughters of Yadav Singh on July 30, 2015 below sections 109 learn with 120-B IPC (conspiracy) and 13 (2) and 13 (1)(e) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 registered with CBI, New Delhi.

While directing that the 3 candidates be released on intervening time bail, a bench of Justice Ramesh Sinha and Justice D K Singh-I directed the particular judge, anti-corruption, CBI instances, Ghaziabad to make sure that if the candidates have any passport, it can be deposited and the candidates may not leave the rustic without the permission of this court.
