HYDERABAD: Malkajgiri police arrested a man for conspiring to kill his spouse who filed a dowry harassment case in opposition to him.
The accused is, Shiva Kumar, 38, a private worker from Kukatpally. In 2009, Shiva Kumar married a 35-year-old woman from Malkajgiri. After a couple of years, the couple started dwelling one by one because of private problems and he or she filed a dowry harassment case in opposition to Shiva Kumar.
Upset along with his spouse submitting a case in opposition to him, Shiva Kumar offered a person Rs 2 lakh ‘supari’ to kill her. However, instead of taking cash from Shiva Kumar, the individual knowledgeable the complainant in regards to the killing offer.
She lodged a complaint with Malkajgiri police two months ago and after an intensive probe, police arrested Shiva Kumar on Monday under Sections 115, 506 and 507 of IPC.
