Surat: Surat district and classes judge has started to file proof and examine witnesses within the sexual assault case of five-year-old woman of Dindoli on Saturday. Four witnesses were examined by means of the court docket at the first day of the four days of scheduled listening to within the case.
The daily listening to for four days was ordered by means of the district and consultation judge on Wednesday closing. The next listening to within the case will happen on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. A total of 20 witnesses are to be examined by means of the court docket. The witnesses who were present near the spot of crime in Dindoli registered their statements on Saturday.
The minor woman was allegedly sexually assaulted by means of Roshan alias Kalu Bhumihar, 19, on September 29. The accused was nabbed a few hours after he had abducted and sexually assaulted the minor woman. The woman was rescued after the accused took police to the site. She had suffered severe accidents and was admitted to a health center.
