VARANASI: Headmaster of a number one college in UP’s Ballia district used to be on Saturday suspended for allegedly allowing vulgar dance to be organised on the college campus on Friday.
The action used to be taken via the fundamental shiksha adhakari (BSA) after a video of bar women, presenting obscene dance at a blanket distribution programme held at a number one college in Revati space of the district all through college hours, went viral on Saturday.
Ballia BSA Santosh Kumar Rai stated, “I've suspended college headmaster Gorakhnath Yadav with fast effect for not informing the higher government about the programme.”
The BSA also nominated the block schooling officer (BEO) of Murli Chapra Hemant Kumar Mishra as the investigating officer and directed him to complete the investigation into the subject inside 15 days.
The BSA instructed TOI over telephone that “such events are not allowed close to any college. Officials have been sent to the varsity to take a first-hand account of the subject”.
The programme used to be reportedly organized via gram pradhan Rajesh Kumar Pandey at the number one college in Asman Thota village. A senior political leader also attended the programme held to distribute blankets some of the poor. Besides, some policemen had been also seen within the video.
The programme used to be also attended via many government officers, together with the district panchayat raj and block building officers.
Many some of the audience had been seen showering currency notes on the dancing women, whilst the scholars had been attending the category amid noisy tune and vulgar dance. However, the political leader may well be seen within the video claiming that the programme used to be held after college hours, and not at school building but on the college flooring.
Interestingly, he favored the gram pradhan for containing the programme for a social work. When asked about the venue for containing dance programme, he stated that it used to be held after 1pm when the varsity hour used to be over.
