HYDERABAD: With only a day pending for filing nominations, Telangana TDP may just stay away from the contesting the Lok Sabha elections. A final choice will be announced on Monday. This will be first time that birthday party is not going to contest direct election since its first election in 1983 if they announce the same choice.
“We are going very cautiously as we are operating in opposition to undemocratic ways of BJP and proxy TRS, our vote percentage must not help them, we are considering in that direction” TTDP president L Ramana told TOI.
