A DLF spokesperson said, “The SC has delivered its judgement. Terms and situation of allotment of apartment house owners are absolutely protected. All the shoppers gets their residences as promised.”
Asked if DLF was once considering getting the land re-allotted through HSIIDC, the spokesperson said the realtor’s legal professionals “are nonetheless deciphering the judgment”.
