HYDERABAD: Two kids, both siblings, had been taken into custody by way of Banjara Hills police on Monday for allegedly raping a nine-year-old girl on separate events at their house in Film Nagar. Banjara Hills inspector Ok Srinivas mentioned the brothers - Srikanth, 22, and Yellesh,18 -were booked beneath Section 376 (rape) of the IPC and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act. The victim, a category three scholar, and the culprits, who paintings in personal corporations, reside in the similar locality.
Every week ago, Srikanth lured the lady providing chocolate and took her to his house and sexually abused her. On Sunday, Srikanth's younger brother Yellesh also abused her, police mentioned.
Police mentioned Srikanth threatened the lady not to reveal the incident to any person . On Sunday, when Yellesh used to be assaulting her, some locals heard her screams and alerted the lady's oldsters, who approached Banjara Hills police station in quest of lend a hand. Locals reportedly stuck the offender and handed him over to police
Though police have denied taking the culprits into custody, it is learnt the two had been being puzzled. The rape survivor used to be despatched to Bharosa Centre for medical exam and recording her commentary.
In another case, a grocery store employee, G Yogesh, used to be arrested for sexually exploiting his colleague in Medipally. The 19-year-old girl alleged that she used to be raped by way of her colleague at his house. The girl and the offender had been in love. Promising that he would marry her, Yogesh took her to his house and abused her. Later, he reportedly refused to marry her and the rape survivor lodged a complaint.
