MUMBAI: The Bombay top court didn't disturb the judicial custody of the 3 docs accused within the physician Payal tadvi case but granted partial relief to the investigators by directing that the trio be taken to the crime department right through day time till Sunday beginning nowadays at 2 pm till 6 pm and from the next day to come between 9.30 am to 6 pm.
