NEW DELHI: In a primary, the Delhi University will translate and post world classics of overseas international locations in Hindi language, the varsity introduced on Thursday.
The first-of-its-kind initiative, according to the university, was once taken to widen students' understanding of world idea.
"The initiative aims to strengthen bilateral, social and cultural ties further. This would make our citizens and students aware of these classics and would widen their understanding of global thought," registrar Tarun Kumar Das stated.
A committee has been constituted to seem after the initiative, he added.
