CHENNAI: A day after actor Rajinikanth mentioned ‘anti-social elements’ have been in the back of the Tuticorin violence, DMK working president M Ok Stalin mentioned the actor must determine them. “Let us wait and see if he does,” Stalin instructed reporters in Puducherry.
