Nagpur: The Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) didn't asphalt two roads — Great Nag Road from Dhantoli railway underbridge (RuB) to Baidyanath Square and Khamla Road from Sawarkar Nagar Square to Sahakar Nagar nullah for eight years mentioning proposed concretization under cement highway venture phase-I. Now, the civic frame says it can't be concretized as water pipeline passes thru underneath the roads.
