Ludhiana:Warning political parties in what they are saying is an insult to their occupation, the Revenue Chowkidar Society — a registered body of watchmen — organised a meeting on the Rotary Club on Monday.
Office bearers and members of the organisation condemned the usage of the term ‘chowkidar’ through political parties of the rustic and stated that Election Commission of India (ECI) should take action on this regard.
