MADIKERI: Five wild elephants, who were given caught in a farm pond in Palangala village near Virajpet, were rescued on Wednesday morning.
The panchyderms were caught in the pond's slush, which is positioned near the home of a neighborhood, since ultimate evening.
Ranjan Tammaih, a neighborhood resident, stated out of 5 elephants one is a cub elephant.
The elephants were rescued after a group stepped up its efforts.
