The Haryana State Human Rights Commission has directed the executive secretary to hold an inquiry against the deputy commissioner (DC) of Gurugram for reinstating two workers of a civil sanatorium who had not allowed a closely pregnant woman to enter the healthcare facility as a result of which she delivered the kid outdoor.
