NEW DELHI: Hyundai India is set to pip close rival Maruti in launching an electrical car in India. The Korean car main will make investments over $1billion in India over the following three years, including funding for native assembling of Kona electrical SUV to roll out in 2019, a year sooner than Maruti Suzuki launches its electrical car.
