The argument lasted for 10 minutes and I asked the staff to let the cabbie pass. But they refused, pronouncing they're going to need to pay from their pocket. I asked the driving force to pay the toll price, however he declined. I pleaded with him again, pronouncing we had been getting late. He refused and I advised him if he couldn’t pay, he shouldn’t use the road,” Veena mentioned.
