JAMSHEDPUR: A 50-year-old lady schoolteacher was once allegedly beheaded by means of a formative years within the campus of a government-run school in Jharkhand’s Seraikela-Kharsawan district on Tuesday afternoon.
The accused then ran throughout the village streets with the severed head while threatening panicked bystanders, before getting arrested.
The teacher, Sukru Hessa, was once overseeing a physical coaching consultation of students when the accused Hari Hembram — who is in his twenties — barged into the campus of Khaparsai Middle School while screaming at her. He driven her on the flooring, dragged her to a distance and attacked her with a dagger, witnesses stated.
While Hessa died on the spot, Hembram fled with the chopped head and the homicide weapon. He then ran across the village with the severed head, wielding the dagger at passersby for almost four hours before being held.
“We are but to determine the motive at the back of the homicide. The accused gave the look to be deranged,” stated Seraikela-Kharsawan SP Chandan Kumar Sinha. Hessa and Hembram were each citizens of Khapsarai village, stated cops.
