Villagers of Subrahmanya defer protest over demands

MANGALURU: The Lok Sabha ballot is a blessing in disguise for residents of Subrahmanya and surrounding villages.

People living in Kukke temple space, Guthigaru, Panja, Madappady, Devachalla, Kandrappady, Yenekallu, Balpa, Kamila, Beedigudde, Valalambe, Nadugallu, Devaruliya, Bilinele, Kaikamba, Mettinadka, Harihara, Kollamogru, Balagodu, Ainakidu, Kalmakaru, Karangallu and Mullubagilu had made up our minds to hold a unique protest by means of begging on the streets of Kukke temple town on Friday.
