MYSURU: A regimen inspection of vehicle documents helped Krishnaraja police remedy 3 bike theft cases.
Traffic police connected to Krishnaraja police station, were examining vehicles at Agrahara Circle on Saturday once they noticed 3 kids using their respective motorcycles in a rash method. When cops sought documents concerning the possession of the vehicles, the bikers were not able to provide them, the cops grew suspicious. When they began prodding the youngsters about possession of the motorcycles, they panicked and informed the cops that they had robbed the motorcycles from other localities.
The cops then proceeded to detain the trio – Asif, 22, Harish and Pradeep, both of whom are 21 – citizens of Srirangapatna in Mandya district. During interrogation, the youngsters printed that they were daily wage labourers, who stole motorcycles from parking rather a lot, and sold them for meager sums in hope of a more opulent life.
Meanwhile, police have seized all of the 3 stolen motorcycles and the youngsters were produced in court docket. Cops are probing to see if the trio was taken with different felony activities.
Inspector Prakash of Krishnaraja police station informed TOI, “The trio confessed to having 3 two-wheelers from quite a lot of portions of Agrahara. They have now been kept underneath judicial custory, and the vehicles were recovered.”
