VELLORE: Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption (DVAC) sleuths on Thursday arrested K Kulandaivelu, deputy collector of the particular flying squad of Tasmac in Salem region, for taking bribes from supervisors and salesmen at Tasmac liquor outlets in Ambur and surrounding spaces. They seized Rs 3.41 lakh unaccounted cash from him.
