Burglar held

HUBBALLI: Police arrested a man in connection with housebreaking cases and recovered valuables value Rs 1.44 lakh from him on Wednesday. The accused Raju alias Janglya Bilana, 30, of Yallapur Oni and his aide Hussainsab Imamsab Kanavalli of Bankapur Chowk had struck at two homes in Rayanal and Bapuji Nagar remaining 12 months and made away with valuables. Police, acting on a tip off, arrested Raju, who is alleged to be a recurring culprit. A case has been registered at Old Hubballi police station.
