NEW DELHI: It was once Varun Chandran’s fifth attempt at the Civil Services Examination. Coming from a small coastal village Karnataka, he had moved to Delhi 5 years in the past. He shifted to Rajendra Nagar a year in the past to save lots of money and time taken to travel to the training institute.

But he was once unfamiliar with the world his exam centre was once positioned.
“Both centres are positioned in Paharganj however he wasn’t accustomed to the world and were given down at the improper one. When he reached there, he was once told that there was once every other centre where his roll quantity was once allocated,” an officer said, adding that Chandran were given overdue through a trifling four minutes and would were allowed if he had reached the centre through 9.20am.
Son of a scientist at the Kumta Research Station of Indian Institute of Science, Chandran was once staying with two people in a three-room flat in Old Rajendra Nagar and had a sequence of aggressive examinations lined up within the coming weeks.
“He had also booked tickets for Mumbai where he was once about to sit down for every other examination on Monday,” an officer said.
Chandran’s pals said after four attempts, he was once below drive to transparent the exam as he was once running out of chances.
In the suicide word, Chandran asked his friends and family to forget him as temporarily as imaginable in order that he may just rest in peace.
