Marking the tip of the holy month of Ramadan, Eid will see a host of goodies laid out for the party dinner party. The festive unfold comprises savories, however it is the chocolates that mark the tip of the meal and make it wholesome. Here are some tasty dessert recipe choices that are a must-have to rejoice Eid.
Sevaiyan Kheer
An easy-to-make recipe, it just needs sevaiyan, milk and sugar. You can upload cardamom for flavour and garnish it with slivers of almonds and sliced pistachios.
Ingredients: half cup sevaiyan (roasted and damaged), five cups milk, half cup sugar, half tsp cardamom powder, 1 tbsp sliced almonds, 1 tbsp sliced pistachios, a pinch of nutmeg and Eight-10 saffron strands.

Shahi Tukda
Bread items fried and then soaked in milk in conjunction with dry end result, Shahi Tukda is also known as Double Ka Meetha.
Ingredients: 6 bread slices, 2 cups milk, half cup ghee, half cup water, half cup sugar, Eight-10 strands of saffron, 1 tsp cardamom powder, 1 tbsp ground cashews, 1 tbsp ground almonds and 1 tbsp ground pistachios

Badam Phirni
Thicker than kheer, phirni is milk cooked with rice flour using cardamom and pistachios. Raisins and almonds can be used.
Ingredients: 200 gm rice paste, 200 gm almond paste, 100 ml milk, 400 gm condensed milk, 1 tsp cardamom powder and 6-Eight strands of saffron

Kulfi Falooda
Using just fundamental ingredients like milk, sugar and nuts, kulfi will also be easily made at house. Serve it with falooda for a delicious twist.
Ingredients: 2 cup ground almonds, 2 cup condensed milk, 6 tbs fresh cream, half cup milk, 1 tbsp ground pistachios, 1 tbsp slivered almonds and 10-12 saffron strands

Malpua
These pancakes comprised of maida, semolina and khoya are fried in ghee and then dipped in sugar syrup.
Ingredients: 200 gm maida, 100 gm semolina, 500 ml milk, 1 cup ghee, 250 gm sugar, 50 gm khoya, half tsp baking powder, 1 tsp cardamom powder and a pair of tbsp chopped pistachios

- In a deep pan roast the sevaiyan for two mins. Add milk and boil the milk for about part an hour. Keep stirring and when the consistency is creamy and milk is lowered to nearly part cut back the warmth.
- Add sugar, cardamom, nutmeg and simmer for some more time. Turn off the warmth.
- Garnish with pistachios and serve warm or chilled.
Shahi Tukda

Ingredients: 6 bread slices, 2 cups milk, half cup ghee, half cup water, half cup sugar, Eight-10 strands of saffron, 1 tsp cardamom powder, 1 tbsp ground cashews, 1 tbsp ground almonds and 1 tbsp ground pistachios
Method:
- Take a deep pan to warmth water and sugar. Stir until it boils and then upload the saffron strands. When the syrup is thick, take away from the warmth and keep it aside.
- In some other pan, boil the milk until it reduces to at least one/4th of the original quantity. Stir often and upload cardamom powder, and sugar syrup to it. Mix it smartly and keep on low warmth for 5 more mins.
- Cut the bread slices into two triangles. In a pan warmth ghee and fry the bread slices until they are gentle brown on each side. Remove, drain and soak them in the sugar syrup for two mins.
- While serving arrange them smartly and pour rabdi and garnish with nuts.
Badam Phirni
Thicker than kheer, phirni is milk cooked with rice flour using cardamom and pistachios. Raisins and almonds can be used.
Ingredients: 200 gm rice paste, 200 gm almond paste, 100 ml milk, 400 gm condensed milk, 1 tsp cardamom powder and 6-Eight strands of saffron
Method:
- Take a bowl and upload rice paste, almond paste and milk to it. Heat it on low flame until the milk is thick.
- Add the condensed milk and stir until the combo is thick.
- Add the saffron strands and cardamom powder. Mix smartly and take away from warmth.
- Pour it in bowl and chill in the fridge for 4 hours.
- Garnish with slivered almonds and serve.
Kulfi Falooda
Using just fundamental ingredients like milk, sugar and nuts, kulfi will also be easily made at house. Serve it with falooda for a delicious twist.
Ingredients: 2 cup ground almonds, 2 cup condensed milk, 6 tbs fresh cream, half cup milk, 1 tbsp ground pistachios, 1 tbsp slivered almonds and 10-12 saffron strands
Method:
- Take a large bowl to mix condensed milk, cream and blend them smartly.
- In a thick pan, upload milk and get it to boil. Set aside to cool.
- When the milk is cool, upload the almond mix and stir smartly. In some other pan, dry roast the almonds and pistachios. Add this to the combo.
- Mix smartly and pour the mixture into kulfi moulds. Cover it with a lid and freeze it for 6 hours.
- When it is set smartly, take away the kulfi from the mould, sprinkle almonds and pistachios and serve with chilled falooda.
Malpua

- To get ready the sugar syrup, warmth water in a pan and upload sugar in it. On a medium warmth stir until the sugar is totally dissolved and the syrup is thick. Remove and keep aside.
- Mix maida, semolina, milk and cardamom powder and make a batter of poring consistency.
- Heat ghee in a deep pan and on a low flame, pour a ladle of batter and fry it until it is gentle brown on each side. When completed take away and drop it in the sugar syrup.
- Let it soak for 10 mins. Repeat for all of the malpuas and drain them from the syrup. Garnish with pistachios and serve scorching.
