ALLAHABAD: The much mentioned and said to be the fastest within the nation, Train 18, arrived at Allahabad Junction on Saturday morning whilst engaging in its check run.
The teach, which is said to be awesome than Rajdhani and Satabadi would soon run between New Delhi and Varanasi.

On its check run, Train 18 started it is onward adventure from New Delhi at 12.55am on Friday middle of the night and reached Kanpur at five.48am and coated the space between Kanpur and Allahabad (200km) in exactly two hours, achieving the Sangam city at 7.48am.
"The trial run was successful and Train 18 will not go up to Varanasi and return for New Delhi at 2pm" said CPRO North Central Railway, G Okay Bansal.
"This was a wonderful experience for us and we maintained the speed of 130 kmph although this high-speed train can travel at a speed of 160kmph" said the Loco pilot of the teach, Mohammad Arshad Khan.
Train 18 will take 8 hours in its adventure from New Delhi to Varanasi, lowering the go back and forth time via six hours. The teach will start early morning at 6am and can reach Varanasi via 2pm. After an opening of part an hour, the teach will start its return adventure to Delhi. Fares are but to be made up our minds but they're prone to be upper than Shatabdi or Rajdhani Express. The teach will reduce the adventure time via 15 in keeping with cent as in comparison to the 30-year-old Shatabdi Express
The railway authorities have performed all primary trials and the results are ample. Train 18 had breached the 180 kmph velocity restrict within the Kota-Sawai Madhopur section earlier this 12 months.
