Ghaziabad: An afternoon after a scaffolding fell on a dozen automobiles parked with reference to an under construction development, the builder, Oxirich Construction determined to endure the cost of repair of the damaged automobiles on Tuesday.
The citizens have also demanded that the builder endure the cost of their trip till their automobiles are in a position to be used. Members of condo proprietor affiliation (AOA) of Niho Scottish Garden in Indirapuram have called a gathering to talk about the problem.
The scaffolding used to be installed on an under construction tower lined with green clothes to contain dust and crumbles of building fabrics from flying round. After the rain on Monday, the structure got heavy as the cloth used to be soaking wet in water. This led to it to tilt a little bit and it sooner or later fell at the automobiles parked underneath because of the wind.
George Thomas, the mission head with the development corporate told IdealNews that it’s a shocking incident but that they have been grateful not one of the citizens or staff have been injured. “I heard that round 12 automobiles have been damaged and we are in a position to endure the repair cost of the automobiles,” he added. “One month back, I requested the AOA to ask the citizens to stop parking their vehicles close to that tower as it is under construction. At this AOA responded that the automobiles have been parked there because of some ongoing repair paintings within the basement in their buildings,” he added.
