BENGALURU: DCP (west) Ravi D Channannanavar, who has a huge following on social media, has asked cybercrime police to take felony motion towards those developing unauthorised Facebook pages via posing as his lovers.
He filed a criticism on March 12, alleging several Facebook pages have been created via some folks, who stay importing his audio and movies.
The DCP expressed apprehensions that the miscreants may misuse his title and stated no person had sought his permission to create such pages. "We have not named any Facebook pages or individuals in the FIR. We'll track down the admin and warn them to discontinue the pages," a police officer stated.
Preliminary probe printed there are more than six Facebook pages in DCP Channannanavar's title.
