Noida: A BTech scholar, who went missing on Saturday, has not been traced so far. He withdrew some money from an ATM in Majnu Ka Tilla, Delhi, and boarded a bus to Himachal Pradesh, police stated. His family has accused police of state of being inactive.
The third-year scholar of Amity University, Himanshu Pandey (21), used to be staying in a paying visitor facility in Sector 37. He left the PG around three.30pm on Saturday. Since then, his telephone is unreachable.
In a tweet on Monday, Himanshu’s brother stated, “His remaining ATM transaction used to be recorded at Majnu Ka Tilla, Delhi, around 6pm. We don't have any clue after that.” A missing individual’s document has been filed at Sector 39 police station. “He booked a cab to Delhi and got off at Majnu Ka Tilla. He then boarded a bus to Himachal Pradesh. It is imaginable that he has long gone for a vacation,” Sector 39 SHO Prashant Kapil stated. TNN
