PATNA: Congress president Rahul Gandhi is more likely to launch his election marketing campaign in Bihar from Purnia on March 23.
Sources in Congress stated, “Rahul will cope with an election rally at Rangbhoomi Maidan in Purnia on March 23 to garner reinforce for former BJP MP Uday Singh alias Pappu Singh, who had surrender the saffron birthday celebration on January 18 this year and is all set to enroll in Congress.
