An Indian Army officer on a vacation had a slender get away when he slipped off a cliff at Cabo de Rama, around 62km from here, and nearly drowned when he fell into the uneven sea on Thursday. Lifeguards of Drishti Lifesaving, the government appointed agency to manage the state’s seaside, straight away alerted the Indian Coast Guard who deployed a helicopter to rescue the officer.
