NEW DELHI: University of Delhi has been ranked a few of the top ten varsities in the nation via a world score corporate in its list launched for 2018.
University of Delhi was ranked in the 481-491 band on the planet rankings list making it the eighth top college in the nation after the highest ranked IIT-Delhi.
The data was launched the day prior to this via Quacquarelli Symonds University World Rankings which is an annual newsletter of college score via a British corporate Quacquarelli Symonds specialized in education and find out about in a foreign country.
The rankings are in response to six performance signs throughout four spaces - research, instructing, employability and internationalization.
Karnataka's Manipal University was ranked easiest amongst non-public universities in the nation.
For the first time, Manipal University figured in 701-750 band, placing it at 13th position in the nation.
The performance signs are - academic recognition, employer recognition, student-to-faculty ratio, citations per college, international college ratio and international scholar ratio.
Vice Chancellor of Manipal University H Vinod Bhat said, "Our focus now is to be sub-600 in the 2019 World Rankings. I am certain that we will get there."
