Official sources mentioned the vigilance has also asked the state executive to initiate measures for Kumar’s dismissal.
“We have formed 5 separate groups to trace the 5 elusive convicts. While four of them (including Vinod Kumar) are former workers of Odisha Rural Housing Development Corporation (ORHDC), the fifth one is secretary of an NGO,” senior IPS officer and director (vigilance) Debasis Panigrahi instructed TOI.
