MUMBAI: Taking a serious notice of pendency of reports in farmer suicide cases, which leads to a number of issues whilst sanctioning repayment to the deceased's family, the state has issued tips teaching the best way an inquiry will have to be carried out in such cases.

"The lacunas in the police report has resulted in rejection of several pleas for compensation of the deceased farmers' families.
