WASHINGTON: An Indian doctor has been sentenced to 10 months behind bars in the USA for groping two teenage feminine sufferers and faces deportation to India after the finishing touch of his jail term.
Arun Aggarwal, 40, used to be sentenced on Thursday after pleading in charge to four counts of gross sexual imposition.
Aggarwal, previously a health care provider at Dayton Children's Hospital in Ohio, inappropriately touched two teenagers right through clinical examination between 2013 and 2015, the federal government legal professional stated.
Designated as a Tier I intercourse wrongdoer, Aggarwal used to be arrested when he used to be allegedly trying to flee the rustic.
In a statement, the Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Leon Daidone alleged that the local hospital didn't record the incident to the police.
