GURGAON: A 32-year-old guy has been arrested for sexually harassing a 12-year-old woman and in addition threatening to kill her.

I wasted no time after my daughter told me about it and immediately approached the cops to file a complaint. Strict action should be taken against him so that he does not dare to repeat such shameful act in future," the girl's father mentioned.
Following the grievance, an FIR used to be registered towards Kumar underneath Section 12 (sexual harassment) of the POCSO Act and Section 506 (prison intimidation) of the IPC at Bhondsi police station.
Kumar used to be arrested on Wednesday and produced in a city court docket that sent him to judicial custody.
"The accused, who is a liquor addict, has confessed to his crime and said that he harassed the girl under the influence of alcohol," mentioned inspector Umesh Kumar, SHO, Bhondsi police station.
