Two missing persons, who went to hunt, found dead

MANGALURU: Two individuals, who ventured right into a forest in Karinje, Moodbidri for hunting were discovered lifeless below mysterious cases. They had allegedly long gone for hunting on Tuesday overdue night.
The reason for dying yet to be ascertained and no visible wounds had been discovered on their body, police said.


According to police sufferers were known as Vivian Gratian, 30 and Praveen Tauro, 32, each residents of Karinje. Police added duo had come to foothills of Karinje without informing their households about their plan to go for hunting. They had come in SUV, which has been discovered parked at the foothills of Karinje. As they did not go back, the members of the family started searching for them and their telephones were not reachable. After which, they filed missing criticism at jurisdictional police on Wednesday evening.


Police who started the investigation, traced their automobile parked close to Karinje. On Thursday, large hunt used to be introduced to search for the missing duo by means of groups of police and Moodbidri forest department. Dog squad used to be additionally pressed into carrier. Around evening, their our bodies, which were swollen, had been present in a paddy field as regards to forest border area, police said.


Police commenting on reason why for dying said that they can't confirm about it. FSL experts were called into the spot. Sources added that Gratian is an entrepreneur and ran carrier station in Moodbidri, whilst Praveen worked as driving force.


A case has been registered at Moodbidri police station.
