Residents of Greater Noida replaced pranks with vegetation on April 1 as they celebrated the day as April Cool Day. Residents accumulated within the afternoon at the Japanese Park in Sector Beta 1 and planted saplings and vegetation within the park. "We wanted to do something good this day and something that would benefit even the coming generations. That is why we converted Fool's Day into cool day," mentioned Harinder Bhati, a resident.
