NEW DELHI: The govt on Tuesday released draft of new telecom coverage - National Digital Communications Policy 2018 - with an aim to provide get right of entry to of broadband with 50 megabit in step with second to each citizen, attract $100 billion investment in the sector and create 40 lakh jobs by means of 2022.
