‘Resolve plaints against common law admission test by Friday’

The SC on Thursday asked the National University of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS) to handle complaints of aspiring law scholars in opposition to Common Law Admission Test 2018 (CLAT) and directed it to get a hold of a solution by Friday. CLAT 2018 was performed by NUALS on May 13 and plenty of scholars confronted problems.

The problems integrated power cuts, failure of log-in gadget, gradual biometric verification, resulting in lack of time for candidates. The scholars approached quite a lot of prime courts and the SC looking for re-assessment.

Agreeing to hear their plea, a holiday bench asked NUALS to get a hold of a solution and posted the case for Friday.
