BENGALURU: Candidates in search of votes at Polluramma slum in Doddigunta, Cox Town, beneath the CV Raman Nagar meeting constituency in Bengaluru face the wrath of folks there. For six years, around four,000 residents of the slum were compelled to use four dilapidated toilets.
