AHMEDABAD: A neighborhood courtroom has denied bail to the truck motive force in connection with the twist of fate that happened close to Dholera in Ahmedabad district killing 19 persons ultimate month.
Additional periods pass judgement on Bina Somani on Thursday refused bail to the truck motive force, Madhabhai Rathika (25), at the floor that he was riding truck in rash and negligent method even supposing the passengers had asked him to pressure it slowly and in moderation.
