He requested the ZP members to pass a resolution for using the budget.


Farmer interrupts assembly


Somu Ainapur, a farmer activist who participated within the assembly, started speaking about his issues. The ZP members objected to his presence and informed the ZP president that the assembly will have to be started best after Ainapur is distributed out. When policemen tried to evict the farmer, he refused to head out until his issues are solved. Even when the ZP president requested him to head out, Ainapur refused to relent. Only after ZP CEO Ramachandran confident him that his issues can be solved, he agreed to leave the assembly corridor. The ZP members later instructed that non-members and media persons no longer be allowed inside the assembly corridor.
