NEW DELHI: After the United Nations not too long ago declared June three as World Bicycle Day, a mega cycling event is being organised at Connaught Place on Sunday.
The event, organised by means of New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) in collaboration with Smartbike and World Cycling Alliance, is predicted to peer participation from hundreds of cyclists. It shall be flagged off by means of Vice-President Venkaiah Naidu from Charkha Museum.
NDMC chairman Naresh Kumar said that the council may also introduce a bicycle sharing project. “The council has been working on offering selection and environment-friendly mode of transportation to other folks.
