NEW DELHI: Kishan, the brother of a councillor, used to be shot useless by way of his neighbours all over a brawl over water in Sangam Vihar house of south Delhi on Thursday night time while his son, Manish, suffered gunshot accidents. Other contributors of the sufferer's circle of relatives have been also injured within the brawl.
According to police, the quarrel used to be over a Delhi Jal Board water connection that the sufferer's neighbours adverse as it handed out of doors their area. "The cause of the quarrel was that the deceased, Kishan (in pic), wanted to seek a water connection from the DJB pipeline for his home and the accused, Babli, and others were objecting," DCP (south) Romil Baaniya mentioned.
Baaniya mentioned police had arrested 5 other people within the case. Three others are yet to be arrested.
The incident came about at round 8pm when Babli came out of his area on spotting a few males discussing water connection pipelines. When he enquired what the conversation used to be about, a man pointed towards Kishan, who used to be status out of doors his area, and mentioned that he wanted a water connection pipeline from there, an officer mentioned
