GURUGRAM: A Nirvana Country resident working as a manager with a Delhi-based company was once arrested on Wednesday for allegedly slapping a girl, who is his neighbour. She had allegedly made fun of his weight problems and criticised him over how he took care of his two dogs. The guy was once produced in a town court docket the same day, and now he is now out on bail.
Around 8.30pm on Tuesday, the 42-year-old guy was once strolling his two dogs within the Sector 50 house. The woman, who is round 35 years old, allegedly mocked him, pronouncing if he shared his food with the dogs, he would no longer be fats and the dogs could be healthier. According to sources, the lady is an animal lover.
She insisted it was once a funny story but the guy took umbrage and allegedly posted an objectionable message about her on a WhatsApp team for society residents.
This infuriated the lady who confronted him on Wednesday. An argument ensued right through which he slapped her and she or he called police.
A police staff from the Sector 50 police station reached the society and knowledgeable the ladies’s police station concerning the case. The duo have been taken to the ladies’s police station the place the lady lodged a grievance.
An FIR was once registered against the person under sections 354D (stalking), 323 (inflicting harm), 506 (legal intimidation) of IPC on the ladies’s police station on Wednesday and he was once arrested.
“I feel scared after his assault. He barged into my home and slapped me. He outraged my modesty in entrance of my child. He threatened not to let me reside peacefully within the society. He even attacked some other neighbour who intervened,” stated the lady in her FIR. However, in step with sources, the argument happened out of doors her area.
“Both the accused and complainant are residents of Nirvana Country. The woman is a member of a pet fans’ NGO. When the lady when compared the accused’s well being with that of his dogs, he first sent a textual content on a WhatsApp team, and when the lady objected, he slapped her. Following her grievance, an FIR was once registered early on Wednesday and he was once arrested. He was once let off on bail via a town court docket,” stated inspector Poonam Hudda, SHO of the ladies’s police station.
