HYDERABAD: With admissions to engineering faculties kicking off, dad or mum and student organisations have voiced considerations over hefty donations being sought by means of many reputed faculties, for management quota seats.
Sources say many faculties are not easy donations ranging from five lakh to 10 lakh.

When TOI contacted the JNTUH registrar for rationalization, he stated such proceedings should be directed to the fee regulatory committee or the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE). "We are authorized to affiliate the colleges. If at all donations are being charged by college managements, then parents and students can raise a complaint with the fee regulatory committee," stated Yadaiah.
