NEW DELHI: A five-year-old girl was gang-raped through two youths who had kidnapped and taken her to a box close to her area in Baba Haridass Nagar in Najafgarh on Wednesday evening. Police say that the two accused have been stuck from Chhawla after the kid’s three-year-old brother noticed the woman being taken and identified where the men came from. The kid is undergoing treatment at Safdurjung Hospital.
The incident was reported on Wednesday night when the kid’s parents came back from a wedding did not find her out of doors their area and began in search of her. The brother instructed them that two youths took the woman towards a box close by. When the relatives reached the spot, they discovered the woman mendacity unconscious with injuries on her private parts.
DCP (Dwarka) Shibesh Singh stated that the two men have been arrested on Thursday morning. Police say that the 3-year-old brother had identified the house from which the men had come, which helped them observe them down.
The accused youths, Anup and Ajay, instructed the police that they worked as labourers at a factory close by and had long gone to the colony to fulfill a pal once they spotted the woman taking part in out of doors. The under the influence of alcohol men decided to kidnap her.
Police say that the men took her to the field where they raped her. When the kid began crying out in pain, they attempted to strangle her. When she fell unconscious they thought that she had died and fled.
They kid was taken to a neighborhood health center where medical doctors referred her to the Safdurjung health center for treatment. Doctors say they would behavior a surgical operation on her later.
A case of gang rape and POCSO has been registered in opposition to the accused.
