FTII starts Jaipur film appreciation course

PUNE: The Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) started a 10-day movie appreciation route at Jaipur, Rajasthan, this week, in step with a free up from FTII in Pune. 86 contributors are collaborating on the route. who're from ten states.


The route administrators here- Pankaj Saxena and Munish Bhardwaj- are each alumni of the FTII, having handed out in 1983 and 1996 respectively. Saxena has been a filmmaker, academic, and TV show-runner, primarily based in Delhi. He has worked on the Discovery Channels, BBC Worldwide, and Lok Sabha Television.


Bhardwaj has worked with administrators like Rajat Kapoor, Kumar Shahani, Mani Kaul. and Shashi Kumar. He used to be additionally the executive producer of the 2013 Rajat Kapoor movie Aankhon Dekhi, and has written for quite a few TV series, maximum particularly Bhanwar and Rajdhani.
