BHOPAL: Congress national president Rahul Gandhi on Monday sounded the bugle to charge birthday celebration employees for the approaching assembly elections in November. Addressing a large gathering of birthday celebration office-bearers, present and previous other folks's representatives and employees on the Dussehra BHEL Maidan, Rahul Gandhi introduced a direct assault on leader minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, evaluating him to former India cricketer Sachin Tendulkar – handiest that Tendulkar used to be known as a run-making device while Chouhan is a statement making device.

He mentioned that if Congress involves energy on the Centre in 2019, Narendra Modi government's GST (Goods and Services Tax) will have to exit and a new GST might be implemented. He also claimed that farmers' loans will not just be waived in Madhya Pradesh after the assembly elections however all of the country if Congress returns on the Centre.
Launching a scathing assault on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Congress president mentioned, "Demonetisation was the world's biggest scam in which all dishonest people turned their black money to white. Then came the Gabbar Singh Tax (GST). They took money from the pockets of the poorest to fill the pockets of richest industrialists. This Gabbar Singh Tax will end after 2019 and a new GST will be implemented."
Taking on PM Modi over the increase in gasoline prices, Rahul Gandhi argued that before the 2014 Lok Sabha elections PM had promised to deliver down the rates of petrol and diesel. "During Congress regime, crude oil was $140 per barrel and now it is $70 per barrel. Internationally prices are deceasing while in this country it is increasing. This is because the Prime Minister wants to benefit his friends," he alleged.
Rahul Gandhi mentioned that once most sensible industrialists take loans amounting to Rs 12.five lakh crores, it is referred to as non-performing belongings. "Vijay Mallya fled with Rs 9,000 crore and that became non-performing asset. When Mehul Choksi and Nirav Modi fled with the bank loans, those are non-performing assets of banks. But when a farmer cannot return Rs 5,000 bank loan, he is called a defaulter or a thief," Rahul Gandhi mentioned.
The AICC president claimed that PM Modi waived Rs 1.five lakh crore non-performing belongings (NPAs) or loans of 15 most sensible industrialists. "Congress government will not permit the culprits to run away like Vijay Mallya," he mentioned.
