THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Health minister Ok Ok Shailaja has served an ultimatum to those who are staying clear of responsibility on unauthorized absence in the well being department. As per the directions from the minister, additional leader secretary (well being) Rajeev Sadanandan has issued a round stating that those who are on unauthorized absence should file again for responsibility ahead of January 15.
