PATIALA: Patiala police on Tuesday claimed to have cracked the November 18 murder of Markfed MD and senior IAS officer Varun Roojam’s father-in-law, Swaran Singh Saini, who was once shot useless at Uksi Sainyyan village, 5km from Rajpura.
